This is a wonderful and brave piece of theatre. The performer has a great rapport with the audience. I laughed a lot and cried too!

Outstanding! If you can get past the initial shock (and i hope you will) you'll be thoroughly entertained! It is powerful and profound as well as provocative. It's an odd show to 'review' because I so desperately hope it's not ruined for everyone reading this because I enjoyed the surprise so much. Excellent performances and FRESH writing.

Everyone has somehow, through someone, been touched Cancer- (myself included- and not just on the knee in the dark...) I'll definately be back!

I just recently lost my father to Cancer (in Mid February) and was worried about seeing this show.

I saw it on opening night and thoroughly enjoyed it.

This is a must see!

Brilliant! Daringly original and clever at the beginning; compassionate and compelling by the end. Anyone who has been touched by cancer (and who hasn't?) should see this unique theatrical experience!

This is one of the most imaginative and innovative plays I've seen in years. The concept is marvelous and the personification of Cancer with his cocky 209 million Google hits is brilliant. The costume is marvelous. This is the type of work that makes playRites so exciting. This deserves a much wider audience.

My wife has cancer so I felt uncomfortable watching this show with her. With such great talent why not choose another subject. hr

Having lost our song to cancer four years ago, my husband and I were taken aback and initially very uncomfortable when the show began. We very soon were pulled in by this character which Bruce created. We laughed and cried. I have never experienced anything quite like it. Great performance!

Of all the shows I saw at this year's festival, this is one I'd love to see come back for a full run. I only got to see it once! I would come back again and again.

i did not know what i was getting into coming to see this show. i came to this show because another show was sold out. I was uncomfortable, relieved, shocked, embaressed. i found that Cancer really took care of his audience even when provoking them a little. I laughed. I thought generous that Bruce(Cancer) shared his story after having asked his audience to share theirs. On my way home, i imagined that if cancer ever fell in love with me and some doctor had to tell me, i hope this big golden creature pops in my head so i can laugh and not feel threatened. Bravo.
